Using the service
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Don't misuse the service — no unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behaviour, and no attempts to break or overload the system.
Community content
You are responsible for content you submit (places, hazard reports, reviews, photos). Don't post anything false, offensive, infringing or harmful. We may moderate, edit or remove content and may apply contribution limits to keep the community trustworthy.
Sensitive imagery
Photos are screened on your device before upload. Sexually explicit or nude images are blocked and won't upload. Graphic or distressing imagery — such as accident scenes or road hazards that carry safety value — is allowed but placed behind a warning cover that everyone must tap to reveal; gratuitous or gory content beyond a legitimate safety context may be removed. You can report any image you believe is mislabelled or breaks the rules.
Affiliate links
The Ride Gear section contains affiliate links to third-party stores (e.g. Shopee). We may earn a commission on purchases. We don't sell those products or handle their payment, shipping or returns — your purchase is governed by the retailer's own terms.
Availability & changes
GengRide is provided "as is", currently in beta, and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GengRide is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including reliance on navigation, routes, hazard data or third-party purchases.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
